We are looking for a German speakers to join our client as Customer Service Representative for a fast-growing online marketplace specializing in refurbished electronic devices. In this role, you will support customers throughout their entire journey, from pre-purchase inquiries to after-sales assistance, ensuring a smooth and reliable service experience.

You will handle customer interactions across multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat, providing information about products, assisting with order tracking, managing returns, and resolving any issues efficiently. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic e-commerce environment, is detail-oriented, and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Working Schedule

Monday to Saturday: 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)

2 days off: Sunday + 1 rotational weekday

Requirements

• C1/C2 level German (mandatory)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service or e-commerce experience is a plus
• Ability to work in shift rotations
• Must already be residing in Portugal
• Candidates must live in or near Braga or Aveiro (no relocation provided)
