Our client, a leading online retail company, is seeking German-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic team in Umhlanga. This role is ideal for customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Location: Umhlanga, Durban (On-site)
Start Date: 6 April 2026; 30/Jun/26; 31/Aug/26; 31/Oct/26
Salary: R24,000 per month + Benefits
Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking customers via multiple channels
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Deliver a positive customer experience aligned with company standards

Minimum Requirements

  • German language proficiency (B2–C2 level) – written and spoken
  • Good command of English for internal communication
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)
  • Valid South African ID or residence permit


Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (retail experience advantageous)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts (including weekends)
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate support systems
