The Role

As an Advertisers Support Specialist, you'll support small and medium-sized businesses and advertising agencies with their products, tools and advertising campaigns.

You'll:

• Support customers via chat, email and outbound calls
• Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues
• Guide advertisers through platform features and tools
• Identify recurring issues and report bugs
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in Ukrainian & English

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent Ukrainian
• English B2+ (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused, adaptable and comfortable multitasking
• Interest in technology, social media and online advertising
• Previous customer/technical support experience is a plus, but not required
• EU ID, valid Portuguese Residence Permit or Temporary Protection Certificate required
