Your Responsibilities:

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email, and phone.
• Convert email and chat inquiries into outbound calls to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist advertisers with post-sales inquiries and troubleshooting related to advertising tools and services.
• Identify trends and escalate issues as needed.
• Work with multiple tools and platforms to ensure seamless support.

Requirements for the Role:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Russian (C2) and English (B2 and higher), written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus BUT NOT obligatory.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and provide clear guidance.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple requests efficiently across chat, email, and phone.
• Work Eligibility: Valid work authorization for Portugal.
