We are looking for fluent French speakers to join our multinational client's team as Customer Service Representatives to support users of a digital financial application. You will assist customers with account-related inquiries, platform navigation, and general support requests, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
• Weekends off

Requirements

• C2 / native-level French (mandatory)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Must already be residing in Portugal
• Candidates must live in or near Braga or Aveiro (no relocation provided)
