Job Description:

We are seeking C2+ French speakers to join our client's team as Customer Service Representatives for a dynamic team supporting a car subscription service. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with subscription management, billing questions, contract details, and general service inquiries. You will provide support through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering accurate information, and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are key to succeeding in this role.

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 19:30 (rotational shifts)
  • Saturday: 09:00 – 18:00
  • 2 days off (Sunday + 1 rotational weekday)

Requirements

  • C2 -level French (mandatory, spoken AND written)
  • B2 English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts
  • Must already be residing in Portugal & possess valid paperwork allowing employment here 
  • Must live in or near Braga or Aveiro (no relocation provided)
